Halo Extensions
What are Halo Extensions?
Halo Extensions are for the thin haired client, wanting to have easy, no-maintenance extensions. These are applied when desired at home in less than 5 minutes. Lasting anywhere from 1-2+ years depending on how often worn. Great for special occasions, brides, and are the most budget friendly extension method.
Consultations and what’s included?
Consultations usually last 30 mins, during which we go over length options and color match. Guests will get to try on sample halos in different lengths and thicknesses. Then we and go over how to apply it at home, and how to take care of your new investment.

Extensions Process

The experience begins when you fill out the pre-consultation form linked at the bottom of this page.

After determining that extensions are right for you, we will meet in person for a consultation and discuss your lifestyle, maintenance, and hair extension goals.

We will then custom match your color to the hair using multiple wefts to create a beautiful, seamless blend.

Next comes install. The actual installation generally takes about 45-60 minutes per row, with 2 rows being average.

Finally, we will cut your new hair to blend with your natural hair, and finish off with a mini-tutorial on how to style your new locks.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much do extensions cost?
Beaded weft extensions are not one size fits all. Every extension experience is custom, and so is the investment. Fill out the pre-consultation form for a price estimate.
How long are the appointments?
First installs generally take 45 mins per row, 2 rows being the average. Total appointment time for a 2 row install is generally around 2 hours and 15 mins to install, cut to blend, style, and teach you how to care for your investment. **If a 3rd row is required for blending purposes more time will be added.
How often to do come in for move ups?
Your first move up will generally be scheduled at 5 weeks to check in and make sure everything is still looking and feeling good. After that generally you can go 5-7 weeks depending on hair texture and home care.
How long does the hair last?
With proper home care, coming on time to maintenance appointments, and professional extension products, hair generally lasts anywhere from 6-12 months.
How many rows will I need?
If you're just looking to add fullness, one row. Two rows if you're looking to add length. Three rows if you're looking to add mermaid lengths or have very thick natural hair and/or a blunt cut.
Who is a good candidate?
The ideal candidate has fine or medium hair that is at least at or below the shoulders without any short layers or blunt edges. You can still get these done if you have thick hair but desire length, or if you want to add in color without damaging your natural hair.
Why sewn-in extensions?
with the sewn in method there is no tape or glue. This means no sticky mess when removing. There is less damage because there are minimal points of contact to the hair.
Since all wefts are custom colored, these extension are seamless and blend perfectly. This means no worrying about how to hide your extensions. There is no added stress to the scalp, and they are so lightweight, you will barely feel them!
Are you certified?
Yes, I am certified in Bellami, Hot Heads, Laced and am working towards other intensive methods to have all the skills necessary to provide the best options for each individual. I believe not all methods are one size fits all, so I can customize your install to your individual needs.

Request a Consultation
Consultations are available by appointment only. A $30 consultation fee is required for consultations and will apply towards to cost of the service if you decide to proceed with install. A 50% non-refundable deposit at time of consult will be required to secure installation appointment and purchase hair for first install appointment.
