
Salon Policies
Cancellations:
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow me to accommodate those on the cancellation list.
Missed Appointments:
If a client fails to cancel their appointment and/or no-shows, they will be required to pay 100% of the services scheduled.

Late Arrivals:
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I don't hear from you 15 or more minutes into your schedule appointment time it is considered a "no-show" and will be treated as a missed appointment.
